Welcome to our web diaries, for fly on the wall news and updates. For how we are getting on in developing the absolutely brilliant, wonderful, marvellous Mediacast Network.

While the shares collapse all around us, we are busy building the new Mediacast Network and some feel not fast enough based on the great support and feedback we have been getting.

The Directories are being put together now with the "Who's Who on the Web" and launched tonight finally the suggest a site common gateway interface. Been a busy weekend, finishing off the new channels that will be updated regularly, now building the new Country Channels (USA) that will be in five different lanugauges and the specialist Technology channels, Microsoft News and Apple News conpleted. Keep coming back for more updates.n

Today's Web Diary Updates
Hi welcome back, last night and today we are building 'Out and About' and 'A Day With A Celebrity' Channels. Once these are completed initially, they will be regularly updated and each channel has monthly editions. We then start on the internationally home pages as well as the Mediacast Networks home page with the new updates. We will have in excess of over 20 different State portals and in some 5 different languages. All of our web channels as mentioned before will be able to stream RMB's and these will be available also through our 'Live Online' Web Radio station that currently has a test feed transmission.

Today's Web Diary Updates
Hi welcome back we are on a roll 'Hot diddly dam' the new Music Wired channel is live and can be located here http://www.pineappleblue.net/music-wired/ and we are now building today 'Making Movies' and 'What's On' for home TV entertainment. The new services will be updated regularly month by month and many weekly or daily as we get the stories and news. The first desktops are on target for the beginning of Feb and each channel by mid Feb will start to stream our Multimedia channel editions for the partially sighted or members suffering from dyslexia with our exclusive new and unique RMB's (Real Media Blogs) developed by the Dev Edge Team of Riverside Networks and Pineapple Blue Media. You can see the RMB buttons at the top right on every new channel. Ah Thank you!. Well done, take a bow!

The News channel is now live also at http://www.pineappleblue.net/news/ and we are just finishing off our Gardeners Diary channel at http://www.pineappleblue.net/gardeners-diary/ and started on Music Wired Channel and Making Movies Channel. News Line Channel Update Alert!

The new template for the channels have finally been completed for the channel home pages and for the feature and article pages, check out http://www.pineappleblue.net/home-and-lifestyle/ . Delays have been as always with regards to the dam rendering engine on Internet Explorer in relation to interpretation and readability. We have had to make a comprise and had to re-custom the new Yahoo Search Engine in layout and display. Viewing in Netscape and Fire Fox browsers are spot on. In the course of the next month I'll write a script to help Internet Explorer when rendering the pages for our fantastic silver surfers of all ages.

The Home and Lifestyle channel is currently being built and uploaded if you want to follow the final progress of how the mediacast network flagship channels are going to look and how absolutely, wonderful and fantastically easy, they will all be to navigate. The mediacast network news channel is being modified and updated with the new feeds and features. This service will provide you with links to all the best news on the web from all major broadcasters and publishers

Mediacast Channels

We have been running a few tests and just finalizing the formal layout of the channels in respect of where content and images are to pan out. Channels start going up Thursday 10th January 2008 and hope to have all channels live by the end of next week and then being updated every day.

Search Engines

The search engine is being built and refined with Yahoo's support and technology, we can eliminate naf sites and misleading results over the course of the next 12 months. Mamma has been excluded from the search results as they have no control over the content being displayed.

Advertising and Agency Partner News

We obviously have a large wish list here for high end advertising partners for our users to buy from. We are please to tell everyone that our advertisers are the real deal. So you can have the peace of mind, knowing that any retailers on Riverside Shopping Mall, by just clicking the shopping Tab bar above will take you to the home page of some 40 leading retail and household brand names.

Advertising and Marketing

We have ran a few test runs on some advertising and will commence in earnest at the beginning of March, we will also be making press releases and advertorials for the hard copy publishing sector. We are on target to run in March as most of the network will be in place. Regional directories will be a lot longer as we are talking of about 10,000 pages.
